We have experienced R&D team to develop all kinds of knitting fabric when we received customer’s sample.

During the program, information about the program will updated weekly to customer. We also have a team working in dying house to follow the dying process and to check the accuracy of color shades. Random lots will be selected to check customer required physical properties in our factory. All rolls will be inspected in our factory before shipment to customer.

Our sale’s team will quickly response to any complain from customer and seek for the best solution.

FAQ

  • Q: Sample fees and lead time

    A: We charge $200 for customized fabric and the sample fees will refund if customer placed order over 3000kg. The sample lead time is 12 to 15 days.

  • Q:Bulk lead time

    A:The bulk can be finished within 30 days after color and quality sample is confirmed by customer.

  • Q:The level of colorfastness

    A:In general, the price we offered obtained 3 to 4 colorfastness.

  • Q:Preferred Payment

    A: Normally, we will accept LC at sight. If customer required 30/60/90 days LC, then surcharges will be added in PO.
