Inspection workshop

We inspect every roll in every order after fabric is dyed and returned from dying house. The inspection machine has digital recording program, each type of defect and length of cut fabric will recorded directly into ERP system.

Meanwhile, we have individual laboratory to test several types of colorfastness (including light colorfastness), shrinkage, snagging, pilling, composition, wicking, ball burst and tensile strength. According to customer’s requirement, we can run several standard, such as AATCC, ASTM, ISO and etc,.

Construction Process

We have four eFK 1000V type texture machine with metal plate on godet motor from Oerlikon Barmag. This texturing machine combined with energy efficiency technology from MPS and COCOON and easy operation from FK6-1000. Therefore, 120,000KG can be produced daily.

Warp knitting workshop

We have 9 warping machine and 24 high-speed Karl Meyer HKS3-M and TM3 machines with 28G and 32G production line. 30,000 KG warp-knitting fabric can be produced everyday.

Weft knitting workshop

We have 30 circular knitting machines with capability of 18G, 20G, 24G, 28G, 32G, 36G and 40G fabric production and 10,000KG can be produced everyday.
